Key Responsibilities - Handle document management, data entry, and filing
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office
- Assist with departmental coordination and communication
- Answer phone calls and take orders professionally
- Monitor and manage company emails in a timely manner
- Carry out other tasks assigned by management
Requirements - Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Prior admin/clerical experience preferred
- Fluent in English communication
- Must hold a valid working visa (Looking for stable, long-term team members)
