Based on Fortitude Valley, we are seeking an experienced Property Manager on a full-time basis to join our on-site property management. This is a fast paced role for a task focused person with a minimum of 2 years property management experience.  To manage all aspects of 120 portfolio management you will need high levels of energy.  We use Console.  

Duties & responsibilities

· Daily showings

· Routine Inspections      

· Property Maintenance Coordination and Management

· Property Administration

· Communicate with Owners and tenants

· Lease Administration

Skills & experience

· Positive "Can Do" attitude

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Passion for customer service and day to day operations

· Accuracy & high attention to detail   

· Computer literacy                                            

· Professional presentation & manner

· Prior property management experience

· Real estate certification

Requirements for these roles:

· Console Cloud management system

· Current Registration

· Knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel

· Knowledge of Console cloud desired

Prior experience in a property manager combined with  a short term and long term mixed environment is essential, and prior experience with leading a team would be a distinct advantage.
