Position: Office Admin Clerk

Key Responsibilities

Handle document management, data entry, and filing
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office
Assist with departmental coordination and communication
Answer phone calls and take orders professionally
Monitor and manage company emails in a timely manner
Carry out other tasks assigned by management

Requirements

Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Prior admin/clerical experience preferred
Fluent in English communication
Must hold a valid working visa (Looking for stable, long-term team members)
